Entry Level Recruiter

Back Bay, Boston, MA
Compensation:
$47,500 base salary + uncapped commission from day 1 (average 1st year OTE $75-90k)
About the Role Our Boston team is expanding and we are looking for a driven, curious, and resilient individual to join as an Entry Level Recruiter. You will be matched to a specialized brand within our recruitment firm.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Connecting with potential clients via telephone, email, or messenger to build relationships and secure new business.
Pitching and negotiating service agreements with key stakeholders.
Maintaining and updating client relationships throughout ongoing searches.
Pulling and qualifying client hiring needs to understand role objectives and required experience.
Candidate Sourcing
Headhunting top talent (mid‑to‑senior and executive level) within your assigned niche and territory.
Networking with passive and inactive talent.
Cold‑calling candidates to build rapport, gather market intel, and assess motivations.
Messaging, emailing, and cold‑calling candidates to maintain a pipeline of qualified mid‑to‑senior candidates.
Process Management
Introducing candidates to clients.
Coordinating interview processes and exchanging feedback between candidate and client.
Negotiating and delivering offers to candidates.
Post‑placement care: staying in touch with candidates after they start to ensure a long‑term fit.
What We Offer
$47,500 base salary + uncapped commission ($75‑90k average 1st year OTE)
