What's Exciting About The Role As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic relationships with enterprise‑level clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success through proactive engagement, problem‑solving, and delivering value‑driven solutions. This role requires a self‑starter with deep knowledge of payment technologies and hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring retention and expansion.

Customer Engagement: Build strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact.

Solution Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of payment systems and hardware to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with creativity and urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Develop account plans, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and support to deliver exceptional service.

Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise account management or a related sales role.

Proven experience in the payments industry and with hardware solutions.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Self‑starter with a proactive mindset.

Customer‑centric with a passion for delivering value.
