Advancement opportunities
Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus incentive opportunities. Also offer a public transportation / parking reimbursement. This is a part time position, 20‑30 hours per week. Must be available during open hours on week days (7:30am - 7:30pm), and at least one weekend shift per week. Advancement to full time is possible.
Cashiers are responsible for operating our computerized registers, handling cash with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring the checkout experience is fast and friendly. Some of your tasks include directing customers to product locations, suggesting appropriate additional products, handling merchandise returns/exchanges quickly and efficiently, and maintaining and cleaning displays as well as continuing to build your product knowledge.
Requirements/Qualifications
Previous retail cashier or customer service experience required
Excellent verbal communication skills
Professional in appearance and actions
Excellent computer skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50lbs
Bilingual - Spanish/English is a PLUS, but not required
High School graduate or GED equivalent required
Background check will be required prior to hire
