Our team is growing and we are looking for our next New Homes Sales Specialist to provide home buyers with a helpful and exciting experience. Our New Home Sales Specialist will show homes that fit potential buyers’ needs and inform them of all the benefits, products, and possibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will also generate leads and follow up on ones that can be converted into sales. In return for your hard work, you’ll be provided full administrative and marketing assistance and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities

Provide potential home buyers with home features and community amenities to aid in their decision making process

Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction

Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals

Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely

Able to be present at new home communities 5 days a week so potential buyers have ample time to tour homes

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network

Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred

A proven track record of sales and success

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Compensation $99,000-$129,000 per year
