Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to support an Electro-Optical sensor development activities.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute System Level Test Plans and Procedures
Definition of Test Approach and Test Equipment requirements
Perform Environmental Qualification and/or EMI testing
Plan and conduct Mission Success, Test Readiness and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews.
Coordinate and manage test article builds and scheduling
Coordinate with offsite test ranges to define test requirements and approach along with range scheduling.
Conduct and support Test Planning working groups with internal and external stakeholders
Solicit test approach inputs from Reliability, Software, Electrical, Mechanical and other cross-functional disciplines.
Trace compliance to Performance Specifications and MIL-STDs and support the V&V process
Some domestic travel may be expected, approx 20% in 1-2 week segments

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
Ability to obtain secret clearance
Desired Skills
Excellent technical writing, planning and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
Experience integrating weapons/sensors onto military platforms
Electro-Optical integration experience
Experience with MIL-STD-810 Testing
Familiarity the EOTS program
Familiarity with the overall program lifecycle
Familiarity development and production activities on complex technical programs
Ability and willingness to work overtime & occasional travel (~20%), supporting off-shifts and weekends as needed
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
