Job Description/Responsibilities The Supply Chain NBD Specialist is an individual contributor role responsible for entering, maintaining, and coordinating NBD forecasts in Atlas and primary Supply Chain tracking tool (NOVA). This motivated and detail‑oriented individual will own the item set‑up process for demand planning systems, work closely with the Sales Execution Team, and drive effective communication to the broader sales organization. The Supply Chain NBD Specialist will ensure alignment with cross‑functional teams and enable informed decision‑making, resulting in a reduction of SLOB inventory and increased customer service.

Utilize My Development system to identify opportunities for self‑improvement. Use My Performance as a tool to drive improved performance. Measure progress and track results and achievements.

Support the execution of NBD, More is More, and LTO’s by entering market level forecasts into the appropriate systems while tracking performance in tandem with the sales execution team.

Assist in the execution of sharing weekly reporting to internal stakeholders. This includes the overage report and other reporting as needed.

Translate forecasts from the sales team into supply chain forecasting tools that enable clear communication of volumes and support launch timelines.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Support internal communications as needed.

Contribute to fiscal year growth by supporting NBD launch timing.

Qualifications/Requirements Requirements MUST

1+ years of supply chain or related experience

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to communicate with all levels of an org

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

PREFERRED

Bachelor’s Degree

5 years Supply Chain Experience
