Customer Service Representative II
to handle all aspects of daily order fulfillment and general order management for assigned area/region of responsibility; assists customers with various requests for information; coordinates orders/deliveries with Brokers and Regional Sales Managers, warehouse personnel and supply chain/logistics as needed to provide timely service to customers at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

Key Responsibilities
Enters orders into order fulfillment system according to internal processes.
Utilizes Order Notes in order fulfillment system to document issues.
Confirms orders back to customers within the 48-hour timeline
Follow order through start to delivery process for high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinates with Supply Chain and Logistics/Transportation teams to ensure product availability for customer requirements.
Requirements
High school diploma; associate degree in business management, sales and marketing, or related field preferred; oran equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the job.
Export and bilingual Spanish/English language skills highly preferred.
2 years of customer service or sales and marketing experience in an internal service role and 1 year of office administration experience.
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook Email, Word and Excel; ability to use PeopleSoft (ERP) order fulfillment application.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check including employment and educational verification.
Compensation The wage range is $21.12 - $26.37, based on experience and qualifications.
