Mom's Meals
The Sanitation Associate is responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
Maintenance of sanitary conditions throughout the facility
Follow instructions and complete required task in a timely manner
Maintains consistent communication and fosters teamwork between all personnel
Ability to accurately complete all required documentation
Other duties as requested by the Fulfillment Supervisor or Plant Manager
Required Skills and Experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent communicative skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Passion for accuracy and legible handwriting
Completely trustworthy and reliable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Pass a post offer drug screen and background check
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience working in refrigerated environments
High School diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Able to perform repetitive movements
Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
