Job Title
Inventory Coordinator
Pay Rate $21 per hour
Schedule Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Position Type Temp to Hire
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of inventory department
Ensure accurate tracking and recording of inventory across three warehouses
Develop and implement inventory procedures and best practices to minimize discrepancies
Lead physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies promptly
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts with operations supervisor
Train and monitor inventory users to improve performance and ensure accurate reporting
Perform training sessions for improper use of inventory procedures
Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory levels, adjustments, and turnover for upper management review
Collaborate with sales to forecast demand based on physical inventory and report issues
Manage removal of overaged inventory cost‑effectively
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of systematic inventory knowledge and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
Organized and able to multitask
Strong work ethic
Independent worker who completes tasks in a timely and proficient manner
