Dining Supervisor

Summary This role will deliver exceptional customer service through the completion of various tasks and will oversee culinary and service operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise support staff with consistent training and coaching.
Oversee food stations that include a deli, pizza, and grill station.
Handle POS transactions and cash drawers and office tasks.
Maintain cafe cleanliness while following all company safety protocols.
Interact daily with guests while offering friendly and courteous service.
Work hands‑on alongside team members to complete tasks including food preparation, inventory, cooking, and cleaning work areas.
Qualifications
2+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
Adhere to HAACP – Serve Safe Certification recommended.
Proficient in POS and Microsoft Office programs.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
