Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Cleveland. The professional will identify and generate new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and develop strategies to enhance customer relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and building long‑term partnerships with potential and existing clients. Collaboration with internal teams to support sales efforts will also be required.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and secure new growth opportunities.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Account Management and Sales to effectively handle customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business development and sales goals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience in retail or merchandising industries is a plus with connections in the Home Improvement Channel - Lowes/THD.
