Who You Are: The company is seeking a motivated Strategy & Corporate Development Associate to join our growth team. This role is central to strategic planning, deal execution, and long‑term value creation. You will analyze, structure, and support initiatives and partnerships across our business units, with a focus on digital assets, data centers, and emerging infrastructure trends.

What You'll Do

Develop actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Apply structured frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, value chain analysis) to complex business issues.

Support evaluation and execution of investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Provide insights on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic drivers.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and track performance.

Prepare executive‑level presentations and board materials.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

6+ years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy/development.

Experience or exposure to digital assets, crypto markets, or data center infrastructure.

Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.

Proficiency in financial modeling and strategic analysis.

Excellent communication skills with experience preparing leadership materials.
