Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX for an Automotive Service Advisor. The Service Advisor's responsibilities include providing expert advice to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs, maintaining detailed service records, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves scheduling service appointments, explaining repair processes, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
Proficient knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes to accurately relay technical information.
Strong focus on Customer Service and commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills to convey clear and effective information between customers and technicians.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Experience in the automotive industry or similar service advisory roles is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
