We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our healthcare team. The individual will perform complex laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established laboratory protocols to ensure reliable patient results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy
Analyze test results and report findings to physicians and healthcare providers
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements
Maintain detailed records of laboratory procedures and patient data
Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment
Ability to interpret and analyze complex test results
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
2+ years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
Experience in specialized areas such as molecular diagnostics or blood banking
Certifications (if any)
Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent) preferred
