A2Z Staffing is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Union City. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.
In this role, you will:
Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule.
Load and unload tires manually
Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
Work on feet for extended periods of time

Job Details Job Type: Full-time Location: Central and Alvarado Niles Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Saturday 12 hour days (OT is mandatory) A2Z Staffing is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Union City. Requirements Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary) Must be bilingual Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time Must pass E-verify Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
