This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chesapeake, VA for an Assistant Site/Civil Estimator - Drafting professional. The responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, assisting with bid proposals, conducting project research, drafting site and civil construction plans, and collaborating with teams to meet project goals. The individual will also participate in coordinating with clients, evaluating project budgets, schedules, and helping develop innovative solutions to align with project specifications. What You Need
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Experience in conducting Research and gathering data relevant to site and civil construction projects. Knowledge of Project Management and the ability to assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of estimates and project deliverables. Capable of providing Training and support to team members to ensure project success. Proficiency in drafting software and civil engineering tools, such as AutoCAD or similar platforms, is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. What You Earn
