We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manager to support continued growth at TSMC on the SU3200 platform. This role demands a proactive leader who will take ownership of managing customer relationships and expectations while fostering a culture of growth and development within the team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the SCREEN team and our customers, ensuring seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the SU3200 platform, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively managing relationships and expectations. Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable workforce. Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drive productivity. Act as a collaborative partner between the SCREEN team and customers, fostering alignment and mutual success. Maintain engagement with both internal teams and customers to ensure challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are implemented effectively. Job Requirements
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide clear direction to team members and stakeholders. Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently while achieving organizational goals. A collaborative team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Proven ability to develop and build a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Previous management experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading teams, managing workflows, and delivering results. Must have a valid passport and REAL ID for immediate travel. Batchelor's Degree in Management or Business preferred
