Network Engagement Team Associate
Base pay range: $22.75/hr - $26.90/hr
Fulfill, the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, is celebrating its 40th anniversary and has been dedicated to addressing hunger at the Jersey Shore since 1984. We accelerate food security by connecting people to food and related resources while addressing systemic barriers to self‑sufficiency. Fulfill works with nearly 300 partners to provide 1.2 million meals per month to more than 100,000 families and communities.
As a Network Engagement Associate at our Neptune, NJ location, you will support the coordination of all aspects of Fulfill’s relationships with partner agencies, including reporting for government programs, ensuring compliance, building strong relationships, coordinating communication, supporting training and capacity‑building initiatives, conducting site visits, and serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries.
Responsibilities
Coordinate reporting for government programs such as TEFAP, SFPP, and CSFP, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution.
Perform monthly allocations of government commodities and monitor partner agency compliance with food safety, reporting and distribution guidelines.
Assist in conducting site visits and evaluations, support the collection, review, and submission of partner agency reports to ensure accurate data tracking and compliance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, providing excellent customer service and problem‑solving support.
Coordinate new partner onboarding, including documentation, training, and system setup.
Plan and execute partner engagement initiatives, including trainings, meetings, and capacity‑building activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience working for a non‑profit organization and/or experience in working with government‑sponsored programs.
Ability to read and write in English at a generally accepted literate level.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional work at other locations.
Experience with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
