Location: United States, California, Irvine

Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Overview We are seeking an experienced Mac Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure optimal performance of macOS systems across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting, SaaS application support, inventory management, and user lifecycle administration, with a strong focus on supporting a dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS desktops and laptops, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.

Provide expert troubleshooting for SaaS applications including G‑Suite, Zoom, Okta, Jamf, and Slack.

Manage inventory and oversee user lifecycle flows, including onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to support a sales organization, ensuring seamless technology operations for sales staff.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset tracking.

Assist with security compliance and configuration management using Jamf and other MDM tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Mac desktop support and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of SaaS applications: G‑Suite, Zoom, Okta, Jamf, and Slack.

Proven experience in inventory management and user lifecycle administration.

Familiarity with supporting sales teams and understanding their technology needs is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
