Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Roofing Foreman
to lead and manage commercial roofing crews on projects throughout the Toledo, OH region and surrounding markets. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with deep technical knowledge across multiple commercial roofing systems, strong crew management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both
English and Spanish .

From detailed repairs to large‑scale tear‑offs and full re‑roofs, the Foreman will play a critical role in delivering safe, high‑quality, and on‑schedule work.
Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Crew Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate commercial roofing crews in daily operations
Assign tasks, manage labor, and ensure productivity and workmanship standards are met
Communicate clearly with crew members in both English and Spanish
Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety practices
Project Execution
Oversee installations, repairs, and tear‑offs across a variety of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM (rubber), built‑up roofing, modified bitumen, and architectural sheet metal
Execute complex and technical tear‑offs with precision and efficiency
Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements
Coordinate material staging, equipment use, and jobsite logistics
Safety & Quality Control
Enforce all safety policies, OSHA standards, and jobsite best practices
Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively to avoid delays or rework
Communication & Reporting
Serve as the on‑site point of contact between crews, project management, and superintendents
Provide daily progress updates, labor tracking, and material usage reporting
Address jobsite challenges quickly and professionally
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience in
commercial roofing , including foreman or lead experience
Proven expertise with multiple commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen, metal)
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and technical specifications
Deep understanding of commercial roofing safety standards and best practices
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience working on large‑scale commercial and industrial projects
Familiarity with manufacturer installation requirements and inspections
