Position Overview The Procurement and Inventory Analyst will play a critical role in managing purchasing activities and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate reporting and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production and customer demand.
Analyze purchasing trends and develop cost-effective procurement strategies.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.
Generate and maintain detailed inventory and procurement reports using advanced Excel functions.
Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations related to inventory.
Support compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Accounting experience required.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
