Company Description Hadron Energy specializes in Micro Modular Reactor (MMR) development, design, and research based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the leading MMR developer, Hadron Energy is building factory‑produced, transportable microreactors that provide 24/7 carbon‑free power for data centers, government facilities, industrial sites, and remote communities. Our mission is to create a brighter, healthier, and more equitable energy future.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage
cross‑functional project teams
to deliver technical and organizational milestones
Develop and maintain
project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
using modern project management tools
Facilitate
weekly and monthly progress reviews , identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Collaborate with engineering, licensing, and operations teams to align project objectives with company priorities
Track project progress, deliverables, and dependencies through standardized dashboards and documentation
Support
NRC licensing and DOE engagement activities
by coordinating technical and regulatory deliverables
Prepare and present
status updates, reports, and key performance metrics
for senior leadership and external stakeholders
Oversee vendor and contractor coordination to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met
Manage change control, ensuring alignment between technical scope, design updates, and project baselines
Support strategic planning and resource allocation across multiple concurrent programs
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication across teams
Qualifications & Skillsets
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
(PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
5–10 years of experience managing
technical or infrastructure projects , ideally in
energy, nuclear, aerospace, or manufacturing
sectors
Strong proficiency in
project management software
(e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6)
Proven track record of managing projects through the
design, regulatory, and implementation phases
Experience developing and managing
budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Knowledge of
engineering workflows, risk management, and QA/QC practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, actionable plans
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of
nuclear or highly regulated environments (NRC, DOE, ASME NQA‑1)
is a plus
Passion for clean energy, innovation, and managing projects that enable the deployment of sustainable nuclear technology
