Responsibility & Duties
Demand Forecasting
Customer process identification and improvement
Root cause analysis
Sales trend analysis
Forecast accuracy reporting
Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customers requested delivery date
Monthly and semi‑annual preparation and analysis
Process improvement
Sell‑through analysis
Customer sales forecast to actual sales analysis
KPI baseline improvement
Use of supply chain system for order management reporting and forecasting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3 years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations (flexible)
Forecasting or demand planning within retail experience preferred
Experience working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them
Proficiency with advanced Excel data management functions including advanced formulas, pivot tables, V‑lookups, etc.
Self‑starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced multi‑cultural environment
SAP Experience a plus

In the Home Appliance Division supporting the Costco account – heavy forecasting role
Working with internal sales teams and Costco buyers
Order Management
Detail oriented and organized Excel‑Macros reporting
3+ years of experience (Bachelor's not required)
3 rounds of on‑site interviews
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Schedule: 5 days a week fully onsite.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $25.00 – $28.00/hr.
