Job Overview Load Planner – 3rd Shift
Position: DC Load Planner – 3rd Shift (Non‑Exempt)
Department: Shipping and Receiving
Location: Marshalltown, IA
Shift requirements: Able to work weekends and all three shifts as needed.
Internal Candidates with less than 3 Attendance points will be considered for the position.
Qualifications
Be able to communicate written and verbally in English
Be able to work all 3 shifts as needed
Self‑Starter / Able to work independently
Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Responsible for putting trailers in the door and having them pulled when loaded.
Ensure trailers are placed in the door with the proper rotation to meet on‑time delivery to customers.
Operate the computer at the main desk.
Must understand and be able to work in the Red Prairie system.
Monitor inventory to assure proper rotation of product.
Work on assigned tasks as needed.
