Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Customer Service Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolve issues with professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The specialist will also maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and contribute to improving overall customer support strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage inbound/outbound calls effectively
Experience in delivering high-quality Customer Service and fostering exceptional Customer Experiences
Ability to problem-solve and address customer concerns promptly
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
Previous experience in the ticketing, event, or entertainment industries is a plus
