About Aqualis Partners Aqualis Partners is a private equity secondaries firm established in 2025, focused on acquiring small LP interests across the U.S. and Europe. The firm complements its core LP-led strategy with selective GP-led transactions, directs, seasoned primaries, preferred structures, and opportunistic investments across additional geographies. Aqualis combines decades of private markets experience with a modern, data-driven approach. This experience, paired with innovation, positions us to deliver creative liquidity solutions that meet the evolving needs of the private markets.

“Aqualis” is Latin for “liquidity” or “of or pertaining to water,” and just as water is liquid, adapts and flows, we provide investors with innovative and reliable liquidity solutions, helping them to unlock value, rebalance portfolios, manage cash flows, and enhance returns. Aqualis is pronounced “aqua” like the color and “lis” like bliss.
