Assistant Store Leader
Rottinghaus Company Inc, a proud Subway franchisee, is expanding and we're looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us as Assistant Store Leaders!
Responsibilities
Lead by example as a Sandwich Artist.
Monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed.
Handle inventory, coupon log tracking, spot checks, and post close reconciliation during shifts worked as needed.
Order food as needed.
Track food rotation in cooler, freezer and dry goods.
Successfully open and close the store.
Successfully complete a catering order.
Bake bread according to Subway standards.
Support the Store Manager with shift coverage and team culture.
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards as set by Subway and the Health Department.
Attend new promotional Window calls as requested.
Perform cash-handling and reconciliation tasks.
Train new team members and track their progress.
Assist employees with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasks related to their position.
Develop positive working relationship with employees they are training to help adapt them to the store's culture.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A solid grasp of Subway policies and procedures. Training provided.
Motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism with customers, employees, and management.
A passion for training and team development.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible availability for all shifts.
Excellent customer service and basic math skills.
Must pass a background check.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
