The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35.

Job Description A role in a Distribution Center means being on the front lines of getting product to guests safely, accurately, and quickly. As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member, you will support operational teams and your ICQA Leader in defect resolution focused on inventory within stored locations. Responsibilities include auditing and resolving defects within a Service Level Agreement (SLA), researching and documenting root causes, conducting weekly audits, and using lean, Six Sigma, and 5S techniques to improve inventory accuracy. You will address inaccuracies that impede picking, preventing downstream order cancellations, and manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service.

About You
2 years prior work experience as a warehouse worker, operations technician, quality control technician, or similar warehouse operator.
Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–45 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to read, utilize matching skills, and comprehend department/product documentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after training.
Ability to research defects/issues and identify root causes.
Ability to navigate web‑based ICQA reporting and forms (e.g., Smartsheet) with minimal direction after training.
Ability to perform basic data entry and analysis in Excel or other web‑based forms.
Ability to be trained on powered equipment as needed.
