Your Role at Batesville: As a Dock Associate, you will be responsible for the safe handling of shipments, proper care and handling of inventory, and various other warehouse duties as required.

What You’ll Do:
Perform inspection of each unit to ensure quality.
Unload inbound and load outbound caskets quickly, accurately, safely, and damage free.
Keep a clean and organized work area.
Perform various warehouse duties as requested.
Operate various power equipment efficiently and safely.
Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
Ability to work weekend and overtime.
Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
Dependability, honesty, and a quick learner.
Good communication skills and be a team player.
Ability to follow Safety Standards and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Nice to Haves:
Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Forklift experience is preferred.
