Contract Support Specialist II

What You Will Do
Oversee document management and project controls, including receiving, auditing, tracking, storing, and distributing project data and documents in line with company policies.
Set up and maintain records management systems for multiple projects and project managers.
Ensure all local practices comply with company policies and procedures.
Apply sound judgment and independent thinking to resolve questions and problems, often working with minimal supervision.
Review and process contractor pay applications, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance.
Assist in preparing and reviewing change orders, contract modifications, and amendments.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and FDOT representatives to facilitate communication and project progress.
Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Help prepare monthly progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators and milestones.
Participate in project meetings and site visits, documenting discussions and action items.
Maintain accurate project files, including correspondence, submittals, and contract documents.
Support the development and implementation of project-specific quality control procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes and best practices.
What You Will Need
High school diploma and at least four years of CEI experience in project-related duties such as MAC System input, estimates, EEO compliance, and contract changes.
US citizenship required due to project requirements.
Valid US Driver’s License for site visits and travel to Halff offices.
CTQP Final Estimates Level I & II certification.
Familiarity with FDOT systems (PrC and SCOC) and ability to work independently to produce verifiable quantity records and process FDOT monthly estimates.
