What You’ll Own
Studio Growth & Revenue: Drive participation and revenue across group classes, private sessions, and specialty offerings.
Talent Magnet: Recruit, audition, and onboard top‑tier instructors who embody our brand and elevate the member experience.
Programming & Events: Curate and execute pop‑ups, workshops, and seasonal events that keep the studio buzzing.
Experience Excellence: Ensure every class, every session, and every touchpoint reflects our high standards — from equipment to energy.
Team Leadership: Coach and develop instructors through regular feedback, class audits, and performance check‑ins.
Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry shifts by attending competitor classes and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Member Engagement: Collaborate with club leadership to welcome new members and convert curiosity into loyalty.
You’re a Fit If You…
Have 2+ years of group fitness or Pilates experience.
Hold at least one nationally recognized Pilates reformer certification.
Are a natural leader and motivator who thrives in a dynamic, people‑first environment.
Know how to balance creativity with business goals.
Are energized by building something new and making it your own.
This Leader will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership style to the fitness programs.
