What Our Technicians Do Technicians go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC systems in client homes.
Provide excellent customer service and problem solving.
Follow safety and company procedures.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive Compensation : Base salary up to $100,000 and bonus program.
Sign‑on Bonus
up to $3,000 for top candidates.
Paid Training : 150 hours per year.
Career Growth : Promote from within; sponsor for Journeyman license and NATE certification.

Experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
Relevant licenses and certifications.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Hard‑working and motivated.
