Assist with the overall management of the nursing department.
Support planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures.
Review and ensure accurate charting and documentation of nursing care.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.
What You Bring
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum 3 years of long‑term care experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, can‑do attitude and dependable attendance.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.
