You will work in the field at customer locations on medium and heavy‑duty Class 7 & 8 trucks, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions so trucks are back in service quickly and correctly the first time. This includes repairing or rebuilding cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, or air systems. You’ll also maintain and service trucks to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life, delivering work that meets the highest safety and quality standards. What You Need
3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of medium and heavy‑duty Class 7/8 trucks; expertise in engine, electronics, HVAC, and chassis required. Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred. Basic computer knowledge; Cummins and MX software experience preferred. Self‑motivation, assertiveness, and the ability to work with little or no supervision. Excellent communication and customer‑relations skills. Must provide your own tools. Driver’s license with a good record; Class A CDL preferred. Compensation:
$39.15‑44.10 per hour (depending on experience) Why Work For Papé
