About The Role
Attend weekly Sales management meeting with the club team to regroup on weekly work and milestones; report on inventory and sales from the prior week and expected vs. budget.
Provide weekly inventory report to buyers and ensure they are pulling weekly orders from correct inventory lots by warehouse.
Manage and prepare production orders for all OCS and commitments for other club accounts.
Manage, release, and allocate POs as received.
Take full responsibility and initiative for overseeing the production process while proactively advising the sales team and customers/buyers of any potential issues.
Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost‑effective shipment of goods.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Identify opportunities to streamline inventory and order management by developing and implementing new procedures and reporting/analytics.
Collaborate with compliance/accounting departments for invoice issues and maintenance.
Manage and communicate sample and trim approvals/denials from club buyers to production/merch/design teams.
Resolve concerns buyers may have with shifted loads/short shipments/over shipments/PO refusals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and support teams at clubs.
Perform any other duties as assigned in support of company needs and operations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Preferably 4 to 5+ years of experience with club accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks and follow‑up.
Strong business judgment and sense of urgency; able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data; excellent problem‑solving skills.
Extremely flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize projects and adapt to change.
