Lake County, IL . Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description
Plan and execute assigned laboratory tasks utilizing standard procedures and technical understanding of various techniques to complete assigned tasks.
Independently generate precise, reliable, and reproducible data in a timely manner. Document the experimentation per the regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate experimental precision and strong data interpretation skills and should possess understanding of core discipline.
Develop protocols for more complex tests or experiments performed with less defined assays and parameters.
Ensures safety and GxP requirements are met when performing tasks and GxP compliant delivery of high-quality precise data.
Apply basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and instrument related systems.
Bachelor’s with 5+ years of combined academic and professional laboratory experience or Master’s with 2+ years of experience -
Required!
Must have experience in a GLP and/or GMP setting -
Required!
Experienced use of one or more analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, LC/MS, and/or chromatography data systems (i.e., Empower, Openlab, Chromeleon) -
Required!
Experienced with and strong working knowledge of above instruments, with demonstrated strong lab skills.
Technical Information
Pay: $30-38 hourly (W2), depending on experience level (Hiring 2 people!)
Onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm
12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
