The registered nurse, in collaboration with other clinical staff members, will reinforce the standardization of processes, implemented by the Lead Nurse/Practice Manager, throughout the organization with regards to quality measures, best practices and infection control.
In addition, duties include training and personal oversight of all nursing competencies, certifications, and licenser required to provide high-quality/compassionate care to our patient population.**FUNCTIONS:**1.
