Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Quality Assurance Manager role located in Pasadena, TX. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and maintain the quality management system, ensuring all products meet required standards and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control policies, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing and resolving quality‑related issues, and collaborating with production teams to enhance overall quality standards. The successful candidate will also lead a team, provide training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and managing audits
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop team members
Proficiency in data analysis and quality‑related metrics evaluation
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and communication skills
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes, particularly pipe bending or metalworking is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a relevant field is preferred
Certification in quality assurance, such as CQE or Six Sigma, is a plus
