Scheduling Coordinator
Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Role Description The Scheduling Coordinator is an on‑site, full‑time role based in Manassas, VA. The individual in this role will be responsible for efficiently organizing and managing appointment schedules, coordinating with field teams, maintaining communication channels, and providing administrative support to facilitate project workflows. This role requires regular engagement with clients, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service to meet customer and company needs.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in managing appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.
Experience in administrative assistance for managing records, schedules, and other office tasks.
Detail‑oriented with excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with basic computer and scheduling software is an advantage.
Prior experience in a customer service or coordination role is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications beneficial.
