Work at Home Data Entry Associate (Remote). Seasonal position. Paid on the job training. We maintain large business orders and update spreadsheet information. Must have excellent data entry skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as communicating with other departments.
Responsibilities
Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non‑Macro) orders.
Format Excel orders as needed.
Set up profiles for all Excel orders.
Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines.
Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently while meeting deadlines for Treasury.
Execute Customer Gift History lists.
Enter catalog requests and address changes.
Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely and professional manner meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources.
Process special projects for various departments throughout the company.
Qualifications
Must have 6 months of data entry experience.
Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division.
Type 35 wpm.
Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer.
Excellent spelling and grammar.
Detail oriented.
Possess strong problem‑solving skills.
Hardware & Internet Requirements
Network (Internet): Download speed 5mbs (preferred wired connection, not wireless). Upload speed 3mbs. Satellite dish not acceptable.
Hardware (PC): Windows 10 operating system, 8 GB of RAM, 50 GB available space on hard drive. 8–32 GB RAM acceptable. 8th–10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU if PC/laptop bought within last 2 years.
Required peripherals: USB headset with mic, 1024x768 resolution minimum on monitors, mouse/touchpad and keyboard, cellphone or landline for DUO.
Preferred internet: Download speed over 100mbs, upload speed 10+mbs with wired connection.
