At Orkin, we are guided by a common purpose and rooted in the values that steer our every action: Safety Professionalism Empathy Integrity Responsibilities: Your Role: Inspect and install pest prevention and home protection systems. Collaborate effectively with your team of technicians to complete tasks. Provide attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation. Perform light carpentry duties. Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns. Maintain company equipment and complete reports with a handheld device. Qualifications: What We Are Seeking: Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred. A strong work ethic and dedication to customer service. A positive team player with a professional attitude. Ability to work independently and adapt your daily schedule. Comfortable working in different weather conditions, in tight spaces, and on rooftops. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience using a metal brake for bending or shaping metal materials. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Capacity to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days; training will be company-paid. Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics and crawlspaces. Mandatory use of PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.
