Enhances the operational flow of the assigned practice/medical service at the main campus satellites, and affiliated community partners. Performs a variety of duties to support the department and assigned faculty members. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of duties to support the department and assigned faculty members, enhancing operational flow and ensuring high standards of customer service. Required Qualifications
High school graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam Minimum three years of relevant experience Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and the Internet Excellent writing and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently within a team environment Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Related experience in a medical practice Experience working in an educational or medical research setting Knowledge of medical terminology Medical program coordination experience Bilingual Spanish based on departmental need Physical Demands
May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate face‑to‑face, by phone, email, and other methods. Ability to read job‑related documents and use a computer.
