What You’ll Do:

Team Leader:

Supervise and coordinate the front and back office staff (including Patient Representatives), making sure everyone is working together to achieve success.

Patient Support:

Be the go-to person for patients’ questions and concerns, ensuring they feel heard and well taken care of.

Efficient Operations:

Ensure the smooth operation of the office, helping our team meet the organization’s strategic goals of excellent customer service.

Policy Guru:

Apply your knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures to address challenges, solve problems, and keep the office running like clockwork.

Financial Steward:

Help manage the budgeting process and ensure the office is aligned with financial goals, ensuring success in both financial and service delivery areas.

Tech-Savvy Leader:

Be the office’s "super‑user" for computer systems and applications, and leverage your skills to gather, analyze, and evaluate data to improve operations.

What You Need to Bring:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

At least two years of office management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Healthcare Knowledge:

Previous administrative support experience in a healthcare organization is a big plus.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and ensure smooth operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Tech‑Savvy:

Proficient with computer systems and applications, with a knack for being the go‑to expert on tech‑related issues.

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, and apply policies to solve everyday challenges.

Financial Understanding:

A solid understanding of budgeting and financial processes, with knowledge of reimbursement systems to help meet financial and service goals.
