With four retail locations and the largest service department in the area, we are committed to providing top-notch products and service, ensuring our customers can relax and "vacation in their own backyard." As a locally owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our customers and providing the support they need to enjoy their pools and spas to the fullest.
What You'll Do
Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.
Manage service schedules for all technicians, parts orders, and service department billing.
Provide accurate information and guide customers to the appropriate department or person for their needs.
Skillfully address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, working to find solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Become proficient in our systems, including MS Office Suite, Docusign, and Evosus Platform.
Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to create a seamless and positive customer experience.
Embrace ongoing training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.
