In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for the families we represent. Your main responsibility will be to guide them through their benefits, explain coverage clearly, and ensure each client feels confident and cared for.
This isn't just a customer service position it's an opportunity to make a real impact, helping families understand their options and providing the protection they depend on.
Your responsibilities include:
Build lasting, trust-based relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
Assist clients with understanding, updating, and managing their coverage
Translate complex benefit information into simple, easy-to-understand explanations
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen onboarding and service experience initiatives
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, reliable support
Participate in continuous training and leadership development opportunities
What you bring:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, service-oriented attitude with genuine interest in helping others
Self-discipline and motivation to excel in a remote environment
Strong organizational habits and proactive work ethic
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus (not required)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
