Primary Responsibilities
Receives phone calls and correspondence from customers regarding warranty problems and claims.
Gathers case‑relevant information from customers, dealers, and AEV internal teams.
Communicates with AEV internal teams and customers about warranty case status.
Facilitates resolution of customer warranty claims by coordinating resources and following up to ensure completion.
Prepares data and facts for AEV warranty case decision.
Communicates warranty issues to management.
Uses strong communication skills to enhance customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
Maintains accurate documentation and reports concerning warranty claims, actions taken, and resolutions.
Maintains high levels of product and policy knowledge to provide efficient and accurate customer service.
Ensures compliance with established policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Learns product‑specific information relevant to the position.
Works effectively both as a team player and as an individual contributor.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of customer service experience preferred.
Experience in a related industry.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with appropriate software packages.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to work in a multi‑tasked environment.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
Ability to work safely and recognize and mitigate safety risks.
Involved in projects as required.
