Customer Service Representative – BLISS Car Wash
Join the BLISS Car Wash team as a Customer Service Representative and help make each customer experience a smile. We are a fast‑growing, eco‑friendly car wash company that values positivity, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Base Pay Range $16.90/hr – $19.00/hr

Responsibilities
Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
Educate guests on wash options, upgrades, and membership packages.
Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and single wash packages.
Process payments securely and accurately.
Load vehicles safely onto the conveyor and prep them per company guidelines.
Conduct quality‑control checks to ensure vehicles are clean and wipe down as required.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform after‑hours site cleaning following the schedule (tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, wearing the proper uniform.
Follow company safety protocols and exercise good judgment in decision‑making.
Be a reliable team player.
Job Qualifications
Experience in car wash, retail, or guest service industries is preferred but not required.
Always maintain the highest level of service.
Adapt to a fast‑moving high‑volume retail environment and work well in a team.
Flexible to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Demonstrated ability to improve through training.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with guests and co‑workers.
Work Schedule Full‑time & part‑time positions available; must be able to work varied hours and days as required.
Reporting Relationships Reports to the Site Manager.
Working and Environmental Conditions
Works mainly outdoors; sometimes indoors.
Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents.
Exposure to fluctuating temperatures, humidity, noise and vibration.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Ability to operate all related equipment.
