POSITION OVERVIEW E-Commerce supervisor responsibilities of operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for creating wave criteria that will flow evenly through the picking operation using Line Balancing tools. Assume Picking Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Picking Manager Constantly monitor wave proves and make modifications when needed Ensure all Productivity reports are monitored for accuracy. Coach, counsel employees not meeting standard Continue monitoring work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change Organize web order workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Responsible for ecommerce inventory management and order flow Keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve your strategies. Ensure ecommerce service level agreements are being reached Ensure a seamless transition of information is being relayed between both shifts Assist with additional responsibilities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
REQUIRED BA or BS Degree Production planning experience 5 year previous supervisory experience Radio Frequency based paperless picking experience Current IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification Experience within an automated MHE environment 3 year experience with major retailer routing guides Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Additional Information
