As the leader of the Restaurant Management Team, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for caring for the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
Create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back.
Practice problem‑solving and decision‑making to resolve issues efficiently.
Promote a “Customer First” attitude with your team.
Commit to teaching and growing your team.
Promote proper procedures and maintain a culture of food safety.
Balance high‑quality employee and guest experiences with operational metrics and financial goals.
Requirements
Lead the management team to achieve our employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
Stand and move for most of your shift.
Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
Follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Obtain or be willing to obtain Serv Safe certification by the end of training.
Have reliable transportation to attend training and other job tasks.
Be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Transparency Pay Range $48,500.00 - $63,000.00 / year
