What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide administrative support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle
Collect and organize RFP information and track down missing data from brokers/clients
Assist in the implementation process for sold groups and ensure all paperwork is submitted
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance market outcomes and communication
Maintain strong connections with internal market team members to achieve results
What is Required (Qualifications)
Previous Sales Enablement or Project Management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Client Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of group benefits and systems
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
